Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for return within 14 days after receiving the product. Items must be unused and unmodified and must be in good packaging. Please return it to us in its original condition.
Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded on any returns.
If you would like to return an item, please email support@cohesiongame.com with your order number and the item you are returning so we can create a return shipping label for you.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Please note that return requests must be made within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will inspect all items carefully. We will not issue refunds for any items that arrive damaged at our facility as they are no longer available for resale.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and points will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
